Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-07
This page is a general-purpose template, not legal advice. If you're running this site publicly or commercially, have a lawyer review it before relying on it.
Using this site
By using SEO Web Toolkits, you agree to use its tools responsibly and lawfully. You're responsible for how you use anything the tools produce - scraped links, exported email lists, generated invoices, SEO audit results, or blog content.
Tool results are automated estimates
The SEO Audit score, the Email Spam Checker's spam score, and similar figures are produced by automated rule-based and/or AI-assisted checks. They're a helpful starting point, not a guarantee - they aren't professional legal, financial, marketing, or deliverability advice, and shouldn't be treated as one.
Respect other sites and laws
Tools like the Website Scraper, Companies Finder, and Website SEO Audit make requests to websites you choose. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to check, scrape, or contact those sites and any addresses you gather - including complying with each site's own terms of use and applicable laws (for example, anti-spam rules like CAN-SPAM or GDPR when emailing anyone).
Blog submissions
Anyone can submit a blog post, but nothing is published until the site admin reviews and approves it. The admin may reject or remove any submission at their discretion - for example, if it's spam, misleading, or violates these terms.
No warranty
SEO Web Toolkits is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site owner isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of these tools.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the site's tools change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
